The Beltrone Living Center was designed with your security in mind. Each bedroom and bathroom is equipped with an emergency call system. Additionally, the entire building and each apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and sprinklers. Your peace-of-mind is further assured with the 24-hour visual security intercom system operational in the lobbies, common areas and the entrance system for every apartment home.
Garages and storage units are available for rent for every resident.
Each floor is equipped with token operated laundry machines. Additionally, each apartment is set up to connect to laundry units should a resident prefer having their own machine.
Award Winning Lakeview Catering is located in the Beltrone Living Center, prepares meals for the evening meal plan restaurant style dinners. Four dinners per month are included in the rent. Additional tickets may be purchased. While the dinner program is only for residents, you may bring guests with purchased meal tickets.
We have a cozy café where residents can enjoy coffee, pastries, and snacks. The café also has general merchandise, cards and gifts, small groceries and necessities.
Residents may have one pet per apartment - dog or cat. There is a weight limit of 25 lbs.
Should you choose our Auto-pay option, your rent will be automatically deducted from your bank account. AutoPay is safe, secure and convenient. No check writing or remembering due dates!
